Are your products designed by mums?
Yes! Every product is developed with real-life mum feedback and experience. We know what works because we've been there. We design products that make life easier for mums — because we’re living it too.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we’re focusing on shipping within Australia. But don’t worry — we’re expanding and will be shipping internationally soon. Stay tuned for updates!
How long does shipping take?

Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love your MumHack purchase! Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind, but we’re always here to assist if there’s an issue with your order.
