What is MumHack?

MumHack is an Australian-owned small business run by mums, for mums. We create smart, thoughtfully designed products that take some of the stress out of parenting — from mealtime messes to out-the-door chaos. Little hacks that make a big difference.

Are your products designed by mums?

Yes! Every product is chosen and tested with real-life mum feedback and experience. We know what works (and what doesn’t) because we’ve been there ourselves. That’s why we only bring you products we’d actually use in our own homes.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we focus on Australia-wide shipping with tracking so mums here get fast, reliable delivery. But good news — we’re planning to expand internationally soon. Stay tuned, mama!

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia, shipping usually takes 3–14 business days depending on your location. (Metro areas are often quicker, regional areas may take a little longer.) During peak times or unforeseen delays, it might take a bit more — but don’t worry, we’ll always keep you in the loop with tracking updates.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to absolutely love your MumHack order. Here’s how we handle returns:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or not as described, just contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund.

  • Change of Mind: We don’t currently accept returns for change of mind, but if there’s ever an issue, email us and we’ll do our best to help.
