We know you’re eager to receive your MumHack products, so here’s what you can expect for delivery within Australia:

💌 Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we get to work! All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? We get it, life happens. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

No Returns for Change of Mind: As part of our product sourcing model, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure that the product is right for you before purchasing.
